he
apartment is placed on the Giudecca Island , 200 meters
far from the embarkation wharf called "Giudecca Palanca".
The flat is part of an ancient dwelling going back to
the VXIIth century; it is an 80 square meters apartment,
completely restructured respecting the ancient architectonic
elements that make it particular; this tow-floors flat
has a raised level where there is a little entrance hall,
a "blue foncé" bathroom with a bath,
and through a stony stair you reach the first floor where
you find a large living room, a double-bed bedroom, a
small kitchen and a bathroom with a shower.
The wooden beam ceiling of larch dates back to the original
construction of the building and it gives the ambiance
a warm atmosphere.
